Overview

Receive and triage all clinic calls as appropriate and continuously provide excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

Requires: High School diploma or equivalent. One year customer service experience and physician practice experience required. Computer skills, basic office skills, multi-line phone, knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Must have the ability to problem solve and follow provided triage tools.
